Licensed Practical Nurse
Our skilled LPNs work under the direct supervision of the RN Case Manager to provide you with the highest quality of care.
Wound Care Certified Nurses
Our nurses are trained to identify, and prevent wounds and wound care complications. We work closely with you and your Physician to create the best treatment plan. We can provide cutting edge technology and advanced wound care products. In some cases we can send a Certified Wound Care Consultant. We can also coordinate a treatment plan with your physician if a wound vac is appropriate or if a wound care clinic is also a health team member. We focus on education of patients and caregivers. Our wound outcomes are excellent! Allow us to care for your wound and you will see how advanced treatments and care result in great wound outcomes.
Behavioral Health/Psychiatric Nurse
Our Behavioral Management program consists of highly trained and experienced Registered Nurses who provide through psychological assessments by utilizing our advanced knowledge, screening tools, and experience. Our behavioral management team assists patients with a new psychiatric diagnosis, as well as patients who have had chronic mental health challenges. We provide psychological support, and education focusing on coping mechanisms and medication compliance. We can assist with coordinating your mental health care team. We can also monitor therapeutic effectiveness of physician ordered medications. Our team may also include a Social Worker if appropriate. We promote holistic care which includes mental and physical health. Our behavioral health team can help!
